  Home on the Range Green Earth Discovery Gardens are designed for exploration, relaxation, youthful discovery, and peaceful reflection. Mowed pathways have been made to make your journey easy and safe. • On your journey you will notice memorials (trees, shrubs, plants) placed in the honor of loved ones. If you want memorial planting, please contact us. • Bird watching is abundant. You may see bald eagles, meadow larks, grosbeaks, blue herons, pelicans, geese, ducks, goldfinches and many other species. Please feel free to bring a camera, binoculars, and your journal. We are sure you won't be disappointed! • The plant selections you will observe are working with nature to create a garden sanctuary. Most of the plant varieties chosen at Green Earth are Rocky Mountain plants designed to grow in our Wyoming climate. Others have been planted in microclimates and are experimental. • We have whimsy, recycled yard art, and well designed garden ornaments placed amongst the vegetation. You will find many seating areas along your journey for wildlife watching. And yes- we do want you to touch, smell, and enjoy the gardens but...please don't pick the plants! |
